What services does Nectar Bridge offer?
Monthly bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online setup and support, books cleanup projects, and integrations between QuickBooks Online and the software you already use, like Jobber.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mostly nonprofits, attorneys and law firms, real estate teams, construction and contractors, and home service providers like HVAC, plumbing, and painting companies. If you’re hands-on and need strong back-office support, we’re a good fit.
Do you work with businesses outside Huntsville, Alabama?
Yes. Most work happens remotely inside QuickBooks Online, so we support clients across Alabama and beyond. We’re always happy to meet in person if you’re nearby.
Will I actually understand my numbers?
Yes. We don’t just enter data — we walk you through your reports each month so you know exactly what’s going on in your business.
Pricing & Onboarding
How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping packages start at $950 per month. Cleanup projects, QuickBooks health checks, and integration work are quoted separately based on scope. Contact us and we’ll put together a number that fits your business.
What does onboarding look like?
We start with a quick assessment call, get access to your QuickBooks Online and other software, and prioritize what needs attention first. Most clients are fully onboarded within two to three weeks.
Can you clean up books that have fallen behind?
Absolutely. If your books are messy or months behind, we’ll get them cleaned up and reconciled, then keep them current going forward with monthly support.
Do you offer one-time projects or only ongoing support?
Both. Some clients need a one-time cleanup or setup project. Others want ongoing monthly bookkeeping and support. We’re flexible and can start wherever makes sense for you.
QuickBooks & Software
Can you check my QuickBooks Online setup for errors?
Yes. For a flat fee, we’ll review your QuickBooks Online setup for unreconciled accounts, stale open invoices and bills, and other signs your books aren’t in good order — including how well it’s connected to CRM or field-service software like Jobber.
What software do you work with?
Primarily QuickBooks Online, and we’re a Jobber Partner for field-service scheduling and invoicing. We also work with other tools depending on your setup, including property management and CRM software.
Can you connect Jobber and QuickBooks Online so I stop entering things twice?
Yes, this is one of our most requested projects. We set up the integration correctly so your jobs, invoices, and payments sync automatically instead of living in two separate systems.
Do you handle payroll and 1099s?
Yes. We make sure your team is paid on time and your contractors receive accurate 1099s. For more complex HR needs, we can refer you to trusted local partners.
