This package combines ongoing bookkeeping with management reporting and practical business advisory. It is designed for an owner who has outgrown basic bookkeeping but does not need—or is not ready for—a full-time controller, COO, or CFO.

• Rolling cash-flow forecasting

What’s Not Included

Monthly retainers cover recurring bookkeeping and advisory services within the agreed scope.

The following services are specifically excluded from all monthly bookkeeping packages:

• Federal, state, or local income tax return preparation or filing
• Sales tax return preparation or filing
• Historical cleanup or catch-up bookkeeping
• Major QuickBooks reconstruction
• Data migration
• New software implementation
• Extensive integration projects
• Legal services
• Audits, reviews, compilations, or attest services
• Significant one-time projects outside the recurring monthly scope

Nectar Bridge may assist with maintaining accurate accounting records and providing financial information needed by the client’s CPA, tax preparer, or other professional, and we can provide a referral to a CPA if needed.

The client remains responsible for engaging the appropriate tax professional and ensuring all tax returns and sales tax filings are prepared, filed, and paid on time.

Additional services outside the monthly scope may be available under a separate agreement or project fee.
